What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed before the current process. I spoke to the manager and supervisor and was asked three questions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There were two workers in my office. one left and now I do my work and her work and they gave me a dollar more an hour as compensation. If they raised my salary by $5 more an hour I would make the middle of my pay rate that would be a good start
