I worked in the Sensors Department. Poor management. The managements were promoted from engineers, to managers, a few years ago. They are usually late with customer orders, and then put pressure on the employee’
The environment was very hostile. I experienced sexism, ageism and harassments constantly. There was not support from management or HR. The workers are overworked and treated poorly. Management protects themselves and treats their employees poorly.
