The rich get richer and the poor get poorer at Merit. Every choice there is made for the high level employees, to better them. The people actually producing the product and generating the money get walked all over. Come into this century and recognize this.
They have a on-site medical clinic.
My recent increase in pay was significant and my compensation has been paid according to my contribution and the work I do within the company. The Bonus compensation that is offered is an added plus and recently has been paying at higher levels.
