The rich get richer and the poor get poorer at Merit. Every choice there is made for the high level employees, to better them. The people actually producing the product and generating the money get walked all over. Come into this century and recognize this.
Listen to the subject matter experts, which you hired for their expertise, rather than family and friends who were hired for their relationships with the CEO and then cover their butts at the expense of other's.
