Better communication, and know how to effectively move product through manufacturing areas in a timely manner.
Try to appreciate the people that stay in this crap company. People come and go like crazy.
Stop watching youtube videos all day
Motivating or replacing bad employees.

The rich get richer and the poor get poorer at Merit. Every choice there is made for the high level employees, to better them. The people actually producing the product and generating the money get walked all over. Come into this century and recognize this.
Listen to the subject matter experts, which you hired for their expertise, rather than family and friends who were hired for their relationships with the CEO and then cover their butts at the expense of other's.
Give better wages and benefits
