What are some of the best things about your team?
They all work hard, and dont need to be babysit.
There are a lot of hard working people who care about others.

With 3V chatter like we are all part of a team and sometimes we need to look at each other is family. We show concern and support for each other.
Support and understanding of yhe team
I enjoy working with my coworkers and enjoy their desire to work with me as a team. I also like that several of my coworkers are friends who I enjoy talking and working with.
Willing to work with each other
it is generally one way, one man shows.
Meetings to discuss meetings. You can never get a hold of anyone you need because they are always in a "high-level" meeting. Just go back to work and keep making the company money.
They are collaborative and truly work as a team. I can't say the same about the executive team though.
Great team - really enjoy the people I work with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually focus on the production teams way of life instead of the executives.
Coworkers are fine its the coordinators that need help mentally
Stop hiding and work once in a while
Incompetent employees allowed to spend most of their time doing nothing.
