People are friendly and nice.
The medical clinic was very nice to have on site.

Adequate time off and safe working conditions
Most of my coworkers and some of the managers see me as a person and not just an employee and genuinely care about me.
The garden and the cafeteria
expectation is high though friendship and clarity are missing.
The coworkers. Relationships with others are about the only thing people have to value and what keeps them coming to work day to day at Merit.
My department has a good culture and can accomplish tasks quickly but getting approval at the corporate lever is very slow.
Great People. Great Products. Great Company!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Start with Compensation and appreciation.
Try to treat each other with respect and maybe a thank you once in a while.
Reward good performance or punish bad performance. Company has neither carrot nor stick.
