Mr. Christopher Ryan, also known as Chris, has been President of Florida Division at Meritage Homes Corporation since April 6, 2017. Mr. Ryan is responsible for growing the Meritage Homes' presence in the Tampa, Bradenton and Sarasota areas. He oversee the division's growth strategy and day-to-day operations, including land acquisition and development, home construction, customer service, sales and marketing. Mr. Ryan served as the President of Tampa at KB Home. Mr. Ryan has more than 27 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, with a consistent track record of improving revenues, providing fiscal planning and leading operations teams in uniquely challenging markets. Prior to joining Meritage Homes, Mr. Ryan worked with nationwide homebuilders including WCI and prior to that Ryland Homes, KB Home and Pulte Homes. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned his degree in construction management.
