Mr. Colin S. Stretch has been Vice President and General Counsel at Facebook, Inc. since July 5, 2013 and served as Secretary from July 2013 to February 2016. Mr. Stretch served as Deputy General Counsel at Facebook, Inc. since February 2010 until July 5, 2013. At Facebook, he was a lead negotiator on its Federal Trade Commission settlement in 2011 and was involved in the high-profile Winklevoss/Facebook ownership case. He joined Facebook in February 2010. He was previously a Partner at Kellogg Huber Hansen Todd Evans & Figel in Washington DC from 2002 to 2010. He also clerked for Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer and for Justice Laurence Silberman of the U S Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. Mr. stretch holds an A.B. in Government from Dartmouth College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
