David Wehner — Chief Financial Officer at Meta

Mr. David M. Wehner, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Financial Officer of Facebook, Inc. since June 1, 2014. Mr. Wehner leads the finance, facilities and information technology teams at Facebook. He served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Business Planning at Facebook, Inc. since he joined Facebook in 2012 until June 1, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Zynga, Inc. from August 2010 to November 13, 2012. He served as the Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC. He led corporate finance teams responsible for capital raises and M&A transactions with a focus on Allen & Co.'s Silicon Valley clients. Mr. Wehner joined the New York investment banking firm Allen & Company LLC in 2001, where his responsibilities include principal investing, corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions advisory. His primary areas of focus were in media, communications and technology. He served as Vice President of Corporate Development of BigVine Inc., an e-commerce company that merged with NBC's AllBusiness subsidiary. Mr. Wehner worked in Corporate finance and equity research at the technology-focused investment banking firm Hambrecht & Quist (now part of JP Morgan). He also served as an Analyst at JP Morgan Chase & Co, Research Division. In his career, he worked as a Consultant with the global strategy consulting firm Monitor Company where he advised clients in a range of industries both in the United States and Asia. He serves as Director of Allen & Company LLC. He serves as Director of StubHub, Inc. Mr. Wehner earned a BS in Chemistry from Georgetown University and an MS in Applied Physics from Stanford University where he was a National Science Foundation fellow.
