Good leader ship great place
Lead by women, Focused on employee, happiness, and wellness
Everything because they are non supportive
Be more genuine, show real empathy, don’t just use people to make yourself look good. Care about your employees, care about your customer
Communication and not playing politics
Review from Finance Dept
This is the worst place I have ever worked. Useless metric gathering, no potential for growth, and too many policies in place to stifle improvement.
I think the inter-office rules need to be revamped more than anything else.

It takes care of my personnel life ambitions
base salary + bonus is good.

Beyond the typical health, dental and vision benefits, we have other voluntary benefits including life, disability, flexible spending/health savings, pet insurance, 401K, wellness benefits, etc.
Annual variable incentive plan (avip = bonus check)
Medical is not very expensive
For the level of work required the compensation should be higher
Just recognize the value that I’m bringing to the compan
I pay out of pocket for my medications because I hate dealing with Express Scripts. The medical insurance is more expensive than at my previous company and covers less. Annual raises are lower than when I worked for a nonprofit. It's shameful in a record profit year our raises didn't match inflation
Im not paid enough for the work i do.
Workis stressful and dept has been understaffed
Some coworkers are supportive which is great!

No one is on the same page
Equal work assignments. We don't rely on each other.
People do not take criticism well. They take everything personally. Also people are not quick to help others out without a lot of prodding

Coworkers make it worth showing up to the office. Problem is, they are just as stressed as everyone else.
I have amazing co-workers on my sales team, we are like family. We work well together.

The people - it's so cliche to say but it is true. People have been here for 20+ years and it is so evident why. Not only does the company take care of its people, but its employees take care of each other. It's such a thoughtful place to work.
Leaders at all levels are very invested in making it a great place to work, from your direct leader all the way up to the AVP+ Levels.

It was efficient and a thorough interview process.
For me, it was casual and not drawn out.
I enjoyed meeting my future hiring manager and then that managers direct manager.
Understanding requirements and skill-sets associated with the job role and clear definition of the job responsibilities.

The recruiter I worked with initially no showed to our first call and was late to the rescheduled call. Once we did get on the phone I think she read my resume for the first time during the call. It was disrespectful of my time.
Develop leaders, not bosses. People are afraid of failing and there's no improvement from that.
I love working from home.
Review from HR Dept
Understanding the importance of my work. Any slight deviation in work and quality of work could delay a claim decision for weeks, meaning that the claimant is potentially receiving the benefits that they are entitled to, which could cause everything from unnecessary worry at best and foreclosure wo

Respect for employees, stop encouraging bullying, ethnicity based privileges
Review from Operations Dept
Lack of steady manager to provide direction on what I should be focused on and where my career is going.
Review from Finance Dept
Bosses are bosses, they are NOT leaders. They don't care about employees and will do whatever they can to climb their way to the top. They will no sooner throw you under the bus so their records are clean.
My manager is a bully and the environment is toxic. The only thing that would make it better would be if I changed departments.
Everything is good no improvments
