For the level of work required the compensation should be higher

Just recognize the value that I’m bringing to the compan

I pay out of pocket for my medications because I hate dealing with Express Scripts. The medical insurance is more expensive than at my previous company and covers less. Annual raises are lower than when I worked for a nonprofit. It's shameful in a record profit year our raises didn't match inflation

Im not paid enough for the work i do.

Equal work assignments. We don't rely on each other.

People do not take criticism well. They take everything personally. Also people are not quick to help others out without a lot of prodding

The people - it's so cliche to say but it is true. People have been here for 20+ years and it is so evident why. Not only does the company take care of its people, but its employees take care of each other. It's such a thoughtful place to work.

Leaders at all levels are very invested in making it a great place to work, from your direct leader all the way up to the AVP+ Levels.

The recruiter I worked with initially no showed to our first call and was late to the rescheduled call. Once we did get on the phone I think she read my resume for the first time during the call. It was disrespectful of my time.

Develop leaders, not bosses. People are afraid of failing and there's no improvement from that.

Bosses are bosses, they are NOT leaders. They don't care about employees and will do whatever they can to climb their way to the top. They will no sooner throw you under the bus so their records are clean.

My manager is a bully and the environment is toxic. The only thing that would make it better would be if I changed departments.
