Michelin Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Paid as per the market level

Very good perks and compensation package

We have time to find new jobs

Excellent. Very competitive pay scale.

Bonus, retirement benefit, michelin shares

I do not care about compensation package, I am happy to pay tax to share my own personal wealth. Be less selfish people.

It is up to you what u want

The salary and the benefits

I received competitive basic salary.

Production Bonuses and online training

Its a great thing for Michelin employees

Review from Operations Dept

They do a great job

Health and safety are the biggest for me

The ability to pick and choose the level of benefit I want. Of course you have to pay a little extra for more coverage, but you can also lower coverage on other areas. If you have extra funds left in the benefits package, it can be diverted to RRSP.

Review from Engineering Dept

Fit to my needs and competitive

Low monthly rates they compensate well

get paid vacation once a year

Review from Engineering Dept

it's really fun, like honestly

Review from Engineering Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

they don't care lower level workers salary and benefits.

Review from Engineering Dept

People thatc are doing a good job get rewarded by being given another job or someone else's work because there's no accountability here. It's like having a union without a union. To many people can get away with not doing their job.

There us a long list

A man should be able to support a family without needing his wife to work too. We don't have a lot of bills, one car payment and yet we cant make it on my paycheck.

If the company make a staff not contract staff

I am a design engineer and talking to other engineers I know I am very underpaid

Feel like we need more transparency

Decent health insurance. Put us back on production pay.

Review from Operations Dept

Feel recognized at my real level

Firstly a better car as an AM , being in sales representing a premium brand and all our competitors drive better cars than us. Its disappointing. Premium brands should be seen as such if they want people to buy into the product. We dont even have Michelin branded clothes, jackets its embarrassing

Higher pay would be much appreciated.

Less restrictively stock purchase plan.
