generally we are looking for ways to solve problems, not looking for excuses. Michelin has always been forward thinking.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to pick and choose the level of benefit I want. Of course you have to pay a little extra for more coverage, but you can also lower coverage on other areas. If you have extra funds left in the benefits package, it can be diverted to RRSP.
