Recognize the specificities of the business units. Being less patriarchal, recognize technical expertise.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Interview dont by technically proficient people, honestly describing the frame of work. Open minded.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do not care about compensation package, I am happy to pay tax to share my own personal wealth. Be less selfish people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are fine professional, willing to learn and to work well and better... amongst a whole lot of uncompetent crew of people thinking that petrochemicals is the same than tires.
