Besides my coworkers, and the respectful customers, none of this feels like it will be very worthwhile. I have no future here unless a manager plans to leave and I can get lucky and secure a job without shit pay. I want to help customers, but it only hurts me in the end if they dont make a big buy

What makes you most happy at work?
It's great to have good interactions with customers where you can tell they're excited to be there. All for that joy to be taken away when they dont get a protection plan or service build, which now makes me look like a worse employee even though i gave a great experience to my customer
