My managers at the store level are excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable enough to help me with what I have to do to grow as an employee of Micro Center
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even while working for full time, and doing everything humanly possible to attract sales, quite often I am living paycheck to paycheck. It is a struggle to maintain cost of living.
