Very personable and up for a chat when we have downtime during the sales day

People are always willing to help you improve yourself as a person, leader or help with education
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with the customer and seeing relief when their problem gets addressed and seeing the joy when the new build comes togeather
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having to come in 3 hours before store opens at a rate of $4/hour feels disrespectful if I have a bad sales day making it harder to budget life activities. We shouldn't be paid for non-sales activity at $4
