Guiding customers through a hobby that I place great importance to in my life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A mutual interest in not only tech, but a broad range of topics, allowing for a high degree of sociability.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some days the amount of selling opportunities do not line up with the amount of work that isn't selling. A higher pay floor than local minimum wage would be appreciated, especially as cost of living is only getting higher.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team here goes out of its way to recognize the accomplishments of the team as well individual members of the team. Every morning meeting has time to recognize outstanding performance or customer service, and every day sees at least one email highlighting these accomplishments.
