Working at Microcenter is like my second home, not only because I spend most of my day in here but because of the relationship I have with my coworkers.

Friendly, Welcoming to other teammates and to customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to come in early 7am and I get to leave early too 4pm. Plenty of time to enjoy life, or have another job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like Microcenter is a great place to work at. The managers and teammates are very friendly and understanding. I would not want to work anywhere else, if only Microcenter paid more to be able to stay and or have only one job. (I'm a single mother of one and head of household)
