I do what I need to do and then some to get paid, to get customers what they need with the best of company and comfort and rapport, building myself and those around me, taking care of the store since I am there 40 hours a week, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and help out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having health insurance is great, but not everything is covered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are my friends, they are my coworkers, we know when to keep this personal, and when to keep them business related.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Allowing us to be leaders so that I can take that as my own motivation, and become a better leader for the other coworkers and lead with example and raise morale, something that this company is slowly losing or not showing enough.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Literally myself, I show and talk and lead with the best of examples for my general sales department, build your own and apple to do what they need to do and I appraise them and they feel better about their job which is something I dont see enough of myself and so I do that for them.
