The love of computers and tech that we supply to our customers each day.
What makes you most happy at work?
being able to assist customers with products I've spent many hours familiarizing myself with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The outstanding work my supervisor will do in order to help with any issues that arise in the workplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that my pay can vary so much despite the amount of work I can put in to make sure the store hits it's targets. Even with a phenomenal target being hit with my help I still get only the 4 hourly despite 6cph and making sure 55%+ is met. Which only motivates me to seek after high rev instead
