They are all good people and fun to interact with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
increase commission rates and increase Sunday lunch to one hour.
What makes you most happy at work?
the potential to make money. that being said making more money would make me even happier.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
increasing it would help a lot especially since I don't use the benefits as they are not nearly as good as my private ones.
