Happy and satisfied customers, and when I can fix their problems without having to deliver a lot of bad news.

If you don't know something, someone else in general will either know, or if they don't, know who does know, or how to find out the answer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even when there are mistakes and confusion, leadership definitely seems to care about us as people, not just as employee numbers in a profit-making machine. Sometimes the gears of the corporation might pinch us, but our managers make sure we don't get crushed.
