Micro Center – Great at the beginning went downhill from there. V2 really killed it for me and I have not recovered fully. The management change also caused a drastic downfall. Nothing is very professional and for the 4th time, leaders just aren't doing a good job. Techs are getting micromanaged and are miserable | Comparably

What are some of the best things about your team?

We get along and share similar interests

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Being leaders. No more words need to be said.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Too much negative at the moment for anything to come to mind

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership for the 3rd time. We are struggling because we were not trained properly let alone trained fully. It's too late to retrain so now we are all stuck clueless half the time. Not even managers know how to do things that techs do. The GM didnt know the full details of one of our plans

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We work way too hard and suffer from low paychecks. It is not a technician problem as district manager Dustin has said. It is a leadership problem. Finally diag prices have gone up so that's good but there are just too many fires that constantly need to be put out. They should be put out by manager.
