I enjoyed working here when I didn't have the stress of being able to afford groceries. If other companies can pay more, there is no reason we can't either. I'm sure it would lead to a huge spirit increase and more productive days.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are super funny and can turn a bad day into a good one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a lack of motivation, and the worst employees get granted the most hours while the dedicated employees get hour cuts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do my job because I enjoy the fast-paced environment. I am extremely detail oriented and this role lets me execute that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is fun to talk to, like yes there are the ones who will always put you down, but you get your spirits lifted by everyone else, it's a decent balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the cost of living nowadays, the pay just does not cover basic expenses. For examples, the WH crew not only preforms multiple tasks simultaneously, but also preforms the task of CSRs when the line gets busy and helps on the sales floor. I'm only getting 25 hours as a full timer.
