relaxed and understanding, but still upholding standards.

They are knowledgeable and motivated about computer stuff

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem like ordinary approachable people who for the most part understand what we are doing on the floor and why

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like how I can move days off around to cover most of the things I want to do, and how much pto I get, especially having been here for more than 5 years.

What makes you most happy at work?

Seeing a customers eyes light up when we get them something better than what they were originally looking for, but also under budget, or that they can do something they thought was out of reach before.
