My overall experience consists of excitement, cordial conversation, and respectful insights into my career. I feel as if I was onboarded enthusiastically and welcomed to the team with open arms. I expect to work here for a while, and I look forward to enjoying myself doing so.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing I noticed is the fact that everyone regards one another with respect.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy knowing that I can pursue education at a discounted rate, I wish to expand my knowledge and acumen within the tech industry and Micro Center helps facilitate that. The discount on tech is also nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
There's a lot of aspects that increase my happiness by working for Micro Center, however the most exciting thing would have to be the fact that everyone is driven by or with technology, and appreciate the fact.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the fact that a majority of the team members I work with are personable and supportive, and they don't instill a nuance of superiority. Moreover, they do not leverage parasocial expectations as a means to gain traction.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy thriving within the professional framework upper-level management endorses, as I think it creates an environment where I can instill a cordial sense of a tech enabled world. Additionally, I feel as if management here in Chicago is attentive to employees and are personable to a point.
