Every time I turn around the company is finding just another thing for the sales team to do that is not selling to people.
What makes you most happy at work?
More money and Not needing to be concerned that there was miss handling of service plans and having to scramble to fix for the customer when a problem shows up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After the company pay cuts us after record breaking profits I can not say you pay us fairly. Lets also add the fact that we are knee cap by all these useless limit ones as those will never stop the people its really meant to stop and only hurt sales people.
