Locally, they seem to care about us, but have an unclear vision. Higher up, they seem out of touch with our local stores, but they keep the lights on so something must be working.

Great experience overall. Being able to move up positions and make more money has enhanced my time with the company. Overall, Micro Center is a good place to work in. I know it can eventually become the best place to work in, should we see wages increase.
