It has been a great place for me to develop I came in at the age of 20 and now 3 years later I can't believe the progress that I have made since starting out as a CSR. Not to mention Micro Center by nature is the best store ever so getting to be representing the company every day is a good feeling.

Being able to foster and build an environment that yields progress and success. I love being able to grow those around me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They value my work and work closely with me to keep supporting my growth. They make sure that I am doing well even outside of my role, I feel that because of my leadership team that I have grown to be a better person overall.
