Being able to do the work required without a micro manager.

They are willing to help when asked. They are very knowledgeable of our products.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with the company for over ten years and my pay is lower than front end leads and warehouse associates. Besides doing the morning work, I have taken on the impulse aisle and brought back to where we can be proud of the front end.
