The true culture is caring for others. I don't think anyone care argue with that. We are serious, but we find times to lighten the mood.
The leaders use the mission statement to make decisions that will help the original culture and provide me security by instilling confidence for the future. They take customer and employee feedback/sentiment to make those decisions as well.
I feel valued and seen with my compensation. I feel confident that as I further excel and deliver, then it will be recognized. The praise in my performance is part of this compensation and that is something the leaders do well here.
