Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think there's a disconnect between compensation rates from what CA "needs" in order to live vs other states. Especially since after COVID with the dramatic inflation increase and pricing has remained stable vs the yearly raises that are well below CA's inflation rates.
