What makes you most happy at work?
Being useful and valued. I like speaking to customers and getting them what they need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need to be paid better to merchandise. I can't be spending half of my shift making $4 an hour while my coworkers make $40+
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep the lights on and the checks keep clearing. I don't have much involvement with corporate at my store, and that's ideal for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
90% of the time, the fact that we're on commission doesn't enter into our interactions with each other or our customers. Our coworkers aren't our competition, and our customers aren't only walking bags of money
