When I first started; I didn't know what to expect in my role. I think that as I have been here a little while my role has grown and I feel more part of the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Scott Daly is an amazing leader. He respects people at every level and makes sure they feel heard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am really looking forward to being able to use sick days. I have never had that at any other company I've worked for.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We tend to go to lunch at least once a week together. I really enjoy getting to know them more than just work stuff.
What makes you most happy at work?
Jeff Evanoff and Mary Bellet. They are two people who work really hard and are still always willing to help anyone that needs it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR will do special things for the office. We celebrate birthdays every month, they do raffles for tickets for events, they will celebrate fun days and have donuts or bagels. They do the fun things for us.
