Everyone's attitude is pretty positive and that helps hold up the culture and goals of the company.

Everyone is willing to help answer questions or give advice, they are always willing to lend a helping hand.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are like a family and always have each other's back especially when times are tough or busy. I can always go to them for knowledge or feedback.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My position is hourly and since learning the position better, it is a lot for one person to complete in a timely fashion. I feel there is not enough time in a day and I often feel behind and constantly catching up on tasks.
