What are some of the best things about your team?
My peers at my store share many of the same hobbies, interests and lifestyles. As computer aficionados, it's hard to have many disagreements are dislike for any of my peers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership without implementing micromanagement and threats of demotion. I am personally more inspired by leadership by example, and at our store I feel like the management strategy could not be further from that.
