The pay is good. Recent 401 enhancement is nice

My team is a family. When support each other in our roles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The open door policy, My dealings with them have been minimal, but they have always cared about my feedback
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is good when followed. There are times I feel that other departments look a requests based on the impact to their day than the overall customer experience.
