I appreciate Microcenter's commission-based compensation package, as it directly rewards hard work and performance, allowing employees to earn based on the effort they put in.

What makes you most happy at work?

My pay makes me the happy person at Microcenter. The pay here is very linear (commission based), if you work you will be rewarded for it. So, when I get an awesome sale, it is very rewarding.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Johnny in our tech bar always is supportive when I need assistance in customer services. All our managers are helpful and willing to help the customer, and us. If it's right for the customer, the company and the associate, the answer is usually yes.
