I love working here and I don't have any intentions of leaving the company, however, my only frustration is that its very hard to get promoted. Me + my associates often do not understand what is expected of us to get a promotion, or if we achieve the goals management is looking for

I can get along with them very easily and they're all very friendly

Being able to connect with coworkers and customers, make new friends and learn new things every day
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are down to earth and friendly and I do not feel afraid to come to them regarding concerns or questions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like I've grown a lot as a person whether it be socially, economically or in terms of my knowledge while I've worked here
