its been good but theres so many things that the cooperate team does that make us all very angry. for one they havent fixed a bug is our system that causes parts lists to be cleared at random times during the sale. this has been an issue for 2 YEARS

there isnt anything good aside from the insurrance

selling things and seeing new product. the customers continually aggravate us all with there insane questions,
What are some of the best things about your team?
nearly everyone in my department is great. there are some people who refuse to do any merchandising and will just sell, sell, sell while the rest of us merchandise
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the leadership team in store is mostly good. my only complaint with them is the lack of communication on certain things. the cooperate team continually shows me that they dont care about us. they refuse to take things off of web order when theyre new so none of us salesmen get any commission.
