When you acquire a company, they should meld into your corporation. Not act as a separate entity. The big exodus is coming to tech, Microchip is gonna feel worse than most.
Compensation is not matching with industry standard.
I can elsewhere and make more just starting out. I believe the newest employees hired are making more than ones who have been there for years are making

MCHP makes a point of paying the absolute minimum. Most people only stick around long enough to realize they will never get a raise.

End the back stabbing and ensure discipline or expulsion of slackers in the production line. It's one thing, maybe, to "punch the clock," but for heaven's sake, DO THE WORK..... Most people truly DO the work, but obvious slackers infect morale and thus productivity. Wise up HR... Forego slackers!

Hire some freshers/experienced engineers who has very good knowledge and updated with latest technology and pay well.
Ones in charge need to consider all employees when making decisions
