What did you like most about the interview process?
It was comfortable and more of a conversation than the standard interview questions.
consistent back and forth with follow ups after interview

The questions, i like when someone or people asks questions and listen to the answer. I also the group of people i interviewed with. They were professional and welcoming.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Inform interviewees as to the hours and shifts and payrate of each/said shift
Ask more questions than "Do you have experience and reliable transportation"
