I work Audit and end up doing Laundry, janitorial, breakfast and front desk all in one shift. I am expected to fold 7 loads of laundry in one night while completing all other "duties" assigned to me.
Currently I am a Director of Sales and the pay isn't great and their are no bonus for hitting our numbers monthly or even quarterly. But that goes again with what GM and owner you work for.
employee retention is very low with 0 compensation to keep valued employees
Better pay and better benefits
I feel undervalued due to being over worked & under paid. I feel like i was expected to pick up everyone else's responsibilities when they would not come in on their On Call days or were no call no shows & had less days off. I think giving me more than 50 cents on my raise would help
I feel like you work too many hours and too hard for the pay
Company offers no benefits, no time off, no accountability for any employees when they break rules or policies
