What is the best part about your compensation package?

The compensation and incentives although incentives are given by client and not employer

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I have a crazy amount of turn around. Within this past year they have done better at trying to get feedback from employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Inclusiveness, if you have a question your team is there to help you out. Its more of a problem with managers not direct coworkers

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Again this culture isnt because of my employer. The site i work at really cares about third party vendors or contractors. The client itself is what makes you stay.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Pay attention! Communicate! I witness an interview being done where the interviewer was answering emails the entire time. I have recommended good people from other companies who have the knowledge and passion but the person who ends up hired has no experience and turns into problematic employee.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

They need to learn how to promote from within and actually take them time to make correct decisions the turn over rate is high because they promote the wrong people or they hire outside of company. Currently employees sometimes dont care because we already know someone else will get the job
