Wonderful! Recently there have been some toxic people introduced into the work environment, which make going to work every day slightly less fun than it used to be. I suppose this is the end result of rapid growth and growing insecurity among workers, as well as a mix of ages.

It was very informal and relaxed, more conversation-like, which made it easier for me to be myself and be honest and open during the interviews.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always looking for ways to improve. Moreover, they come up with ideas for improvement and act upon them or follow up on them immediately. I find this impressive since at other places ideas are places on the back shelf and probably never implemented or thought about again.
