Getting a .25 raise is ridiculous when medical went up by 100 dollars. At that point keep the raise and lower medical cost.

I think everyone generally gets along well with each other and tries to help each other out when necessary. We have good participation when the Culture Committee comes up with a special luncheon or event.

Change the focus from making a profit to listening to our clients, and work towards a stable platform for them instead. Then the profits will come. Provide communication when something is fixed, including direction on how to navigate the change. Provide training not Q/As sessions

I've requested help in my role for months since being placed in this position and 5 months later nothing has changed.
The leadership is AWEFUL!! There is no trust..
We have bugs & issues that do not get resolved for months (or longer), therefore clients call in frustrated that the product is not working as they were told it should, or support is told to provide support on products that we do not have adequate training for. We need stability & better training
The work pace is too fast. Too many changes and pivots happening at the same time. Work that was supposed to be transferred to other teams has not happened while more work is being placed on us.
