To be able to complete tasks, help my team and provide them answers they need to do their job.

We try to make things positive and laugh as much as we can due to the high stress level we have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to the re org, there are situations where I must step up to help my team and make up for those lost positions. This causes one person to be responsible for multiple people's positions and causes an increased workload.
