Focus in on fewer things, plan better, execute fully before adding more to the plate. Resources are strapped way too thin and they put way too much on us. It's impossible, unfair, and causes for shortcuts and messy work. Clear and consistent goals would help too.

Stop pretending you care about your employees. This push to have employees "volunteer" to work holidays and triage tickets every hour on the hour is incredibly insulting. Especially when the compensation is 3 hours of pay. Also, you made the Friday after Thanksgiving a work day to make Juneteenth.

Leadership meaning my manager or theirs - nothing. I believe they are trying their best given the circumstances. Leadership meaning executives need to stay true to their word and ask for the input of those whose lives they are impacting. Unify has negatively disrupted so many day-to-day routines.

Given the many hats I wear and the clear lack of willingness to hire more people for our BU, I absolutely deserve a much larger merit increase than I received this year. It doesn't come close to matching my annual performance review rating. Why strive for a 4/5 to receive a merit increase of a 3?

Compared to other companies, our benefits package is poor. Our 401K matching is a joke The merit raise was very low, and does not reflect performance, nor does it do anything to combat inflation. Benefits costs have increased invalidating the pay increase.

Knowing I made a difference for our customers and the products they currently are using. Ministry Brands bought all these companies and put their products in maintenance mode. Then moved 90 percent of the available development resource on to 'NEW' products. In time customers will move on and leave.

Stress - someone in leadership is picking release dates out of thin air without understanding the resources and effort needed to make that release happen. It's pick a date and make it, no matter what. It's the worst way to deliver software, it's extremely stressful and causes a lot of failure

It's evident that even after all the effort I've put into my role, MB must not appreciate me too much to give me such a poor raise. Add to that the lack of hiring to fill emptying roles in our BU adding to the work load. Benefits continue to get worse each year and raises don't match the inflation.

The workload is nonstop and it makes it unbearable. Working hard is not the issue but it impacts work/life balance. We are losing Holidays, its so exhausting that I get off and have no energy to live life, I can't take a break during the day to breathe or think about at home life for a few minutes.
