They set the culture club up
I am not sure what I like best about the leadership team.
THE WAY THEY SEEM TO CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF THE COMPANIES INDIVIDUALS
They are very personable and knowledgable
The desire to be innovative and a leader in our industry
caring more about people and not laying them off. giving raises.
Thinking things through and the impact on the staff
COMMIUNICATION is lacking from the leadership team
Recognizing that we are individuals and treated as such.
They say they are all about work/life balance, but then make decisions with no rhyme or reason. Promises keep being made with NO changes. Leadership can't give you the time of day since they all seem to be so extremely busy all day, every day. It takes weeks to get anything done.
better than my last employer
bi-weekly pay versus monthly payments
Paid Time Off is a plus.
Appreciative of all health insurance packages provided.
I don't feel like I can answer this
The raises we receive are a load of crap. You want us to continue to be better and do better but only give us a few cents raise once a year. People are leaving because of that.
Considering the size of our team and the monthly stats we see in our Town Hall meetings it seems as the company is making large enough profits to give a their employees a raise. It's funny to hear about how much the company rakes in & how 'proud' they are of us yet we don't see the benefits of it.
i feel like i am not being paid fairly, and i should be compensated with a significant raise
A 2% raise a year doesn't keep up with inflation. The knowledge and relationship that I have with customers can't be matched by a new hire, which have been brought in at a higher wage. This is the case throughout the company, not just my position.
The quarterly bonuses are nice but the base pay hasn't gone up significantly yet the work load has and we're always reminded of it.
They know how to work as a team
We all get along well.
My team is awesome they are helpful it is other teams within the organization that I find difficult as the level of commitment to our customers seems to be failing.
the team i'm on work very
We take care of each other and look out for one another. We are a real team
they need to retain information so they don't ask redundant questions
Some are great. Some work 1/8th of the time.
I believe there is a lack of knowledge across the team. I think they'd all be able to work faster and more efficiently with more understanding of the software and had better communication.
Workload needs to be shared equally, and everyone should be held to the same standard. Currently, we are not. Also, the office morale is not great, and hasn't been for a long time. There is no collaborating or inclusivity. Tenured employees are not kind to newer employees.
We do a lot of potlucks which I feel brings us together not just as co workers but as friends
The activities the Culture Club puts together are fun.
Working from home it is hard to have a culture. There are so many customers that need attention it is hard to take time off to participate in culture events.
Most of the people really care about each other and our clients
Environment is welcoming enjoy the smiling faces
Honest communication Better benefits HR having our back. Salary increases in line with cost of living

If there is free food and knowing I get a paycheck
No client interaction, just research.
To hear that our customers like our products. Working with the few people who care about our customers and want to see them happy.
the team that i am on
Helping clients further their ministry
feel fearful about the future of the company
One bad apple and spoil the batch
Major communication and process gaps resulting in rushed work and half baked results/releases.
Truly realize what "diversity" is. In this new world of diversity and inclusion...the workforce is a majority of the "younger" generation - the older generations are trampled over, ignored. Just because we are old, doesn't automatically mean we are ignorant, biased or no longer valuable.
Decisions are made that impact every worker but the full story behind why the decisions are made is rarely shared
